Finally, I got to see Les Nympheas (Water lilies) at Orangerie Museum! They have 2 oval rooms which have Monet's Water lilies on the walls. It was amazing. I felt like I was dreaming....blue, purple, pink...all the colors make fantastical atomosphere. You can feel these fantastic feelings by 360 degree virtual tour here. ずっと見たかったモネの睡蓮をオランジェリー美術館で見てきました。２つの楕円形の部屋の壁一杯にかけられた睡蓮は圧巻。夢見心地で青、紫、ピンク色で描かれたファンタシーな雰囲気を味わってきました。ここで２つの部屋全体を360度の角度で見られます。
The Rodan's "kiss" is also in the garden. ロダンの「Kiss」もお庭にあります。
Petit Palais has an exibition of Émile Gallé. I love his glass works. I was so busy watching them that I forgot to take pictures... プティパレの美術館ではÉmile Galléの展示があり、大好きな彼のガラスアートを楽しみました。夢中で見てたので写真は撮り忘れた。
Grand Palais is just across the street. I didn't have time to go in this time but it is beautiful even from outside. グランパレは向かい側にあるのだけど今回は入館する時間がなかった。外から見るだけでも美しいですね。
When I got to Saint Chapelle, it was almost its closing time so I went inside quickly. Oh the stained glasses are amazing. Steven kept telling me how gorgeous it is and finally, I got to see it. Wish I could share this with him...I will come here with him next time. OK, that's it for today! サンシャペルに行ったときはもう閉館時間が近かったので急いで入りました。Stevenがステンドグラスの美しさをいつも言っていたけど、本当にすばらしかった。彼が仕事でなければ一緒に見れたのにな。この次は一緒にね。今日はこれでおしまい。
