sweets and sashimi dinner

We got cupcakes from Sumiko and it was so delicious! She made chocolate cupcake with chocolate butter frosting. The cake part was very moist and I loved the richness of the frosting. Thank you, Sumiko san!

Not like I was competing with her or anything but I made this sweets, too. New Orleans Bread Pudding with bourbon sauce. I like this recipe because it is not so fatty but still taste great. The sauce is rich and sweet but you can control the amount you pour on the bread pudding.

Had sashimi dinner. Maguro-natto, sea urchin, taira gai and hotate on the long plate. Marinated maguro in the small ball in front.
