Fish and meat

Here are the fish and meat dishes I made this week.

Fish dishes: Brazilian fish stew called Moqueca. The key ingredients for this dish are dende oil (palm oil) and coconut milk. Dende oil is thick and strong oil so I use only one table spoon for a big pot. Ate with Farofa (seasoned cassava flour) and thought of the trip to Rio we went two years ago. Ohhhhh...where are my pon de queijo and Caipirinha?
Per Steven's request, I made linguine & meatballs. These meatballs are 2 inch diameter big. One is enough for me. Wait, maybe one and a half :)
